Marketing Lead at Reebok Europe. Reebok Europe are looking for an Account Marketing Lead. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and act as the key point of contact for a specific area/territory, managing relationships with strategic business partners and key accounts across the sport and lifestyle segment. We are looking for growth-driven candidates with passion for the brand, community, and a product-first mindset.Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the marketing strategy and seasonal initiatives with European key account partners.Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to key European accounts, aligning with overall brand objectives and seasonal initiatives.Campaign Development and Execution:
Create seasonal plans and campaign concepts, ensuring execution across the full marketing funnel, including digital, social, retail, and experiential activations.Cross-Functional Coordination:
Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive seasonal marketing initiatives, including content creation, media planning, social engagement, influencer partnerships, staff training, events, and activations.Collaboration and Briefing:
Work closely with PR, social media, and creative teams to brief them on upcoming campaigns and content requirements, ensuring seamless integration and consistent messaging.Performance Analysis and Optimisation:
Monitor and analyse marketing activities, generating insights to enhance performance, optimise ROI, and drive continuous improvement.Budget Management:
Oversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining clarity, control, and financial accountability.Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Previous background in account/trade marketing or in managing online marketing brands is a plus (e.g., Zalando, About You).Minimum of 5 years in trade/account marketing or managing retail brands.Experience in the sports, fashion, or lifestyle sectors is highly desirable.Strategic mindset with end-to-end project management skills.Strong communication and influencing abilities.Capability to manage multiple campaigns for different accounts simultaneously.Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends.Passion for products and consumers; passion for sport is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills: ability to connect marketing, sales, and merchandising teams while delivering tailored brand plans and best-in-class product campaigns for key accounts.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.What you get
