This role will oversee strategic financial planning, compliance, and operational finance across a multi-currency, multi-country environment. You''ll lead a team of three finance professionals and be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting, grant management, procurement, payroll, pensions, and financial systems. The role includes regular reporting to the Board of Trustees and collaboration with senior leaders to ensure financial integrity and value for money.
