Account Manager Hospitality - London

We’re looking for sharp Account Managers who know how to turn customer success into serious business impact.You’ll own a portfolio of growth-ready accounts in the UK and Ireland market, spot revenue opportunities before they hit the radar, and lead data-backed account strategies that boost retention, drive expansion, and increase product adoption. Portfolio growth:
Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of existing clients, primarily across the UK and Ireland hospitality marketCustomer success meets revenue:
Drive value and expansion through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals, always with the customer’s goals in mindData-first mindset:
Use CRM and analytics tools like Salesforce, Looker, and ChurnZero to identify opportunities and track client engagementCross-functional collaboration:
Serve as the voice of the customer across Product, Implementation, Support, and Marketing teamsWhat You Bring
3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, consultative B2B sales and relevant experience in the hospitality sector or as an entrepreneurStrong relationship-building and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels, including executivesProven track record of driving revenue growth within existing accounts (upselling, expansion, renewals, churn reduction)Analytical mindset with experience working with CRM, BI, and customer engagement toolsProactive, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentLanguages:
