DescriptionThe successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities:Lead all financial operations at the site, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingServe as a strategic business partner to the site leadership team, providing scenario modelling and financial planning supportProvide financial insight and analysis to support decision-making and drive operational efficiencyPrepare and deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and KPI reports, ensuring compliance with UK and US GAAP, and company policiesLead internal and external audits and ensure strong internal controls are maintainedOversee standard costing processes and analyze manufacturing variances (labor, overhead, material usage, scrap, etc)Monitor and improve inventory accuracy and valuation, including cycle counts and inventory provisioningWork closely with operations, supply chain, and ..... full job details .....
