They are using the Okuma system. But anyone with CNC experience can be trained on that. Skills Ability to read, understand and comply with Engineering Drawings and specifications for machiningAbility to machine materials, to specification, using appropriate tools to maintain quality and complying with the relevant safety procedures.Ability to manufacture products with or without specification.Ability to clean, oil and lubricate machines using appropriate methods.Ability to operate electric overhead cranes safely.Ability to carry out the full range of Workshop calculations.Ability to inspect material and judge its quality for use.Ability to save and record amendments, failures of part programmes and report them to the System Manager (Tool and Plant Engineer).Ability to inspect finished components to specification.Ability to read, understand and comply with requirements of the Quality Plan.Ability to carry out programming and prove out of components on CNC machine tools.Ability to familiarise other employees in job product requirements.Possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations relating to the job and ability to execute them.Ability to comprehend LUL practices on smoking, alcohol, drugs and attendance to work and must comply with them.Ability to communicate ..... full job details .....
