Account ManagerLloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to be partnering with a well-established events business that is looking to recruit a proactive and commercially focused Account Manager to join their team.This is a varied, client-facing role combining account management, sales support and hands-on marketing activity. Reporting into the Director of Sales, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting event sales and delivering targeted marketing campaigns that drive attendance and revenue.Key Responsibilities:Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationshipsManaging client accounts from initial enquiry through to event delivery, ensuring excellent service throughoutSupporting sales strategy and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new businessPlanning and executing marketing activity to promote events, including digital, email and social media campaignsAssisting with website content updates and basic website managementWorking closely with internal teams including operations and accounts to ensure smooth event deliverySupporting budget management and cost control for eventsAttending relevant industry events (including internationally)Providing support to colleagues and contributing to team objectives as requiredSkills and Experience Required:Proven experience in account management, sales or client relationship rolesMarketing exposure ..... full job details .....
