Registered Nurse - Ward at Practice Plus Group, Emersons Green, Bristol. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Oversee new patient admissions, ensuring key documentation is completed and introducing patients to the care team.Undertake basic ward duties and collaborate with the Ward Manager to deliver the highest standards of care to patients and their families.Liaise with the wider Practice Plus Group medical team to ensure the patient\''s treatment is carried out while maintaining patient confidentiality.Plan and manage your week with a predictable schedule; shifts include long days (07:00-20:00), early (07:00-15:00), late (12:00-20:00) and night (19:00-08:00).Coach and support others in the team and share best practices to develop clinical leadership knowledge.Requirements

Sound clinical and infection control knowledge.Ability to solve problems and think both literally and laterally; capable of coaching and supporting others.Willingness to work a variety of shifts as listed above.About the role
