EUSR Groundworker Wanted – Long-Term Opportunity in St Albans

Looking for steady, long-term work on a major infrastructure project? Danny Sullivan Group is hiring an experienced CSCS Groundworker to join a new Thames Water site in St Albans.

Your Role as a EUSR Groundworker:

• Carry out concrete benching within manholes and chambers
• Perform benching works on waste pipes, ensuring correct flow and finish
• Prepare and pour concrete to required levels and specifications
• Shape and finish benching to ensure proper drainage and compliance
• Assist with installation of drainage systems and associated groundwork
• Operate hand tools and small plant safely
• Work from site drawings and specifications when required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and report hazards or near misses

What We’re Looking For as a EUSR Groundworker:

• Valid CSCS Card
• EUSR Categories 1 & 2
• SHEA Water
• Thames Water Passport
• Proven experience in groundworks on construction or utilities sites
• Good understanding of site safety and groundwork processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
