In this role would be responsible for managing projects and a team out on site in the London area, managing pricing, quoting and negotiation for projects and clients, and would be responsible for health and safety procedures out on site.

The ideal Scaffolder/Contracts Manager would have come from a scaffolding or similar background who has worked their way up the ranks and wants to come off the tools and move into a management position.

The Role:

• Managing projects and teams out on site in the London area
• Responsible for forming good relationships with clients, including negotiations, pricing, quoting and risk management
• Insuring projects and labor are running smoothly, taking into account health and safety requirements

The Person:

• Experience in scaffolding or similar industry
• Wants to come off the tools and into management
• Driving license
