Social network you want to login/join with:Skanska, one of the world’s leading project development and construction groups, is an inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society.Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.We are looking for a Contract Manager to join the Commercial Property Maintenance team on one of our projects in Central. The purpose of the role will be to ensure that our delivery performance is in line with contract obligations and Building Services business processes. These services must be delivered to budget expectation or better and with high levels of customer satisfaction.What you’ll do:Manage all Building Services directly employed staff to ensure that their performance meets the agreed and acceptable standards for the service deliveryManage agreed KPIs and SLAs, ensuring best use of all resources to ensure targets are metResponsible for managing the company’s HandS and environmental performance on siteResponsible for managing the site PandL account to agreed marginsRecruitment of any new staff required on site, whether temporary or full time staff to ensure site is adequately resourced for service deliveryResponsible for the development of all staff under their control, which will include annual appraisalsManagement of client relationship on a daily basisManagement of all reports required by either client or Skanska Building Services management teamRepresent SFS at all client meetingsReview and develop new operational strategies to ensure continued improvement to service deliveryManage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenueBecome AP for your site or sites if requiredWhat you’ll bring to the role:Experience in business developmentManagement experience of service delivery in high profile officesAbility to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients
