The D365 Advanced Warehousing Principal Consultant will take ownership of complex D365 Advanced Warehousing projects, guiding solutions from concept to go-live and mentoring the team. You will lead scoping sessions, influence design and architecture, and ensure delivery meets high standards. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and help optimise operations and realise long-term value.

ResponsibilitiesThe role includes both client-facing delivery and internal coaching. Key responsibilities include:

Lead and own complex D365 Advanced Warehousing projects from scoping to go-live

Influence design and architecture and ensure high-quality delivery

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping optimise their warehousing and related processes

Coach consultants, contribute to best practices, and support growth of the practice

Collaborate across industries and with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications / What We Look For

Experience implementing D365 Advanced Warehousing modules in a customer or partner environment

Knowledge of Manufacturing, Retail, Warehousing and Life Science industries

Ability to deliver complex ERP projects with a referenceable customer outcome

Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with C-Level stakeholders as a trusted advisor

Experience leading and guiding a team and serving as a primary customer contact beyond a core functional area

Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

Curious, and motivated to challenge the status quo and drive improvement

Collaborative with internal and external colleagues

Commitment to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor

Travel and Hybrid WorkingWe offer flexibility for work from home or at Cubo offices around the UK. On-site consultancy time is planned ahead in 2-week blocks, with travel and overnight stays depending on project requirements. We encourage coming into the office at least once a month for team and client meetings, but you may work from Nottingham HQ or any Cubo office if you prefer.
