Job Description:Head of Compliance and MLRO (SMF16 and SMF17)

4-day working week

Location:

Gloucester (Hybrid – as little as 1 day a fortnight in the office)

This established FinTech has successfully implemented a 4-day workweek and maintains a flexible working policy to suit individual circumstances.

You will manage a small team of 2, lead compliance initiatives, and develop relationships with key stakeholders to promote an ethical work environment and regulatory compliance.

You will provide regulatory advice, promote continuous improvement in customer experience, and ensure the fair treatment of customers. It is also expected that you will assume MLRO responsibilities in the future.

Candidates should have experience in a senior Compliance role (preferably SMF16) within regulated consumer lending, with strong knowledge of FCA regulations (CONC, DISP, SYSC, etc.) and Consumer Duty.
