You will ideally be experienced in all sections and have a flair for creating new and exciting desserts, using fresh local produce. You will also have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar establishment or have experience working within a Rosette establishment.Candidates wishing to apply for this position will have come from a previous position in an AA rosette establishment.
