Ensure CQC compliance and outstanding service delivery, acting as the driving force behind quality and safety. Collaborate with senior management to innovate and expand the service, influencing future development plans. Be the key point of contact for service users, families, and stakeholders, ensuring their voices shape care pathways. Play a pivotal role in referrals and service design, directly improving patient experiences and outcomes.Your Experience: Clinical background (RMN, OT, Social Worker, or similar) with experience in mental health settings-eating disorder expertise is a bonus, but not essential.
