Project Manager - Roofing Division. Location: Sheffield (with UK-wide travel). Salary: £55,600 + Company Car + Annual Bonus Scheme. Hours: Full-time | Monday - Friday | 40 hours per week. Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in roofing and construction? Looking to lead high-impact projects with a well-established business?As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction projects across multiple business sectors, including:Structural RefurbishmentStructural WaterproofingMovement JointsLiquid RoofingWhile the position is based in Sheffield, the successful candidate will need to travel to project sites across the UK as required.Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage regional construction projects to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.Provide project planning, scope definition, and communication across teams and stakeholders.Attend pre-start meetings and lead client engagement throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate the procurement of materials, plant, and PPE within budget.Work closely with site supervisors, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain quality and safety standards.Support daily reporting, audits, and ongoing risk assessments.Collaborate with commercial, SHEQ, and logistics teams to align objectives.Manage and approve project costs, including invoices and weekly revenue reports.Drive continuous improvement and promote a “right-first-time” approach.Contribute to project bids and commercial estimates when required.The Ideal Candidate

Has strong experience in construction project management, with a focus on roofing (essential).Brings a proven track record of managing complex projects within the sector.Holds SMSTS certification (desirable).Can demonstrate effective leadership, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.Is motivated, organised, and committed to delivering high standards.Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Is comfortable travelling to sites across the UK.What We Offer
