Senior Employee Benefits Consultant

Our clients are a niche Employee Benefits (EB) provider based in the city. They are now looking for a manager or director to manage and run the small EB team of consultants and support staff.The role involves managing the business and your team, including staff recruitment, staff development, formulating business strategy, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. The manager/director will also service and support major pension clients and must be level four qualified.Candidates must have experience in team management within Employee Benefits or corporate pensions, as well as experience in corporate pensions account management. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, well-established niche business in the city.
