Structured Data Cabling Engineer Structured Data Cabling Engineer Surrey Must be DBS Cleared or ability to pass DBS Market Rates 4-month contract initially Contract to Permanent opportunity Skills and Experience: Installing, terminating and testing Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, in various environments such as hospitals, schools, etc. Conduct site surveys to assess cabling requirements for monitoring systems Install cable containment systems, including conduits, trunking, cable trays and baskets Work closely with the project management team to ensure that installations are completed within the project timelines Test and troubleshoot cable systems to ensure proper functioning of connected devices. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and method statements Candidates will ideally have use of their own vehicle, with a full clean driving licence (overnight accommodation paid for by the company) Minimum of 4-5 years of experience data cabling and you must be based in the Surrey area The Opportunity: My client working within the telecommunications sector are currently looking for a Data Cabling Engineer on a contract basis.
