The Opportunity
Whether you''re an experienced Intermediate ready to step up, or an established Senior looking for a better environment - this role offers hands-on delivery, progression, and support in equal measure.

You''ll work across a variety of projects, gaining exposure to all stages of design while being supported by a highly experienced team.

What You''ll Be Doing
- Supporting and leading mechanical design delivery across projects
- Producing calculations, reports, and detailed designs
- Working on dynamic thermal modelling, load calculations, and system design
- Supporting delivery of Part L, overheating analysis (TM52 / TM59), and energy modelling
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions
- Engaging with clients and attending project meetings
- Progressively taking on more ownership and responsibility

What They''re Looking For
- Experience in mechanical building services design (consultancy)
- Exposure to projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, or mixed-use
- Familiarity with tools such as IES-VE (desirable)
- Understanding of UK regulations and design standards
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ambition to develop and progress within a consultancy environment
