This role will lead a small team of BI Developers (up to four) and oversee the design and delivery of high-volume, complex datasets, dashboards, and reporting solutions.You will work closely with senior stakeholders and key business units, including supporting a large client mobilisation programme, ensuring analytics solutions deliver real business value. While primarily strategic, a strong understanding of Power BI, SQL, process mapping, and data governance is essential.
