Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or Associate Building Surveyor (AssocRICS) to join their team in Lyndhurst. The Role You will be involved in a broad range of professional and project-led surveying instructions, including: Building and condition surveys Defect diagnosis and building pathology investigations Preparation of specifications, reports and tender documentation Contract administration and project delivery Procurement and compliance management Client, contractor and stakeholder liaison Supporting business development activities Mentoring junior team members and supporting practice growth About You MRICS or AssocRICS status Around 3+ years post-qualification experience Strong knowledge of building pathology, construction and project management Experience across residential and commercial property Excellent report writing and client-facing skills A proactive and commercially minded approach Full ..... full job details .....
