They are known for delivering high-quality advisory services to a range of clients across the sector and are now seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join their team on a full-time contract basis.The Role This is a varied and hands-on administrative role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple business functions and supporting a dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining internal systems, supporting marketing activities, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations.This is a hybrid position, with occasional attendance required at the company''s London office and at various external London venues.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and maintaining the company''s database, ensuring information is accurate and up to dateSupporting and coordinating email marketing campaignsCreating and scheduling social media content across platformsProviding general administrative support to the wider teamAssisting with event coordination and logistics when requiredSupporting document management and internal communicationsUtilising Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, to manage files and collaborationKey RequirementsPrevious experience in an administrative roleStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including SharePointExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailConfident ..... full job details .....
