Housing Officer (Disrepair) Location: Remote Salary: £29,000 per annum Vacancy Type: Contract They''re now looking for a Housing Officer / Customer Partner to join their Homes team within the Damp, Mould and Disrepair team on an initial 6 month FTC. This role will provide an exceptional customer service, putting customers at the heart of everything you do. You will be working with colleagues within their Damp, Mould and Disrepair team, ensuring they are doing everything possible to complete repairs, improvements and inspections in their properties. With a compassionate approach, you''ll be responsive to the changing customer needs and following through their repairs until completion. You will have experience in housing management, customer experience and disrepair including an existing knowledge of pre court protocol. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Housing or Community Development specialist to bring their passion, skills, and energy to help manage a national model whilst having connections to the locality.
