A well respected main contractor with strong financials who have a proven track record of delivering multi-million pound projects across the UK. Their order book is full for 2025/26 with a healthy outlook for 2026 and beyond. The company has been established for many years, with a high proportion of workload on a repeat basis, and they deliver Design and Build and new build projects valued up to £50 Million across a diverse client portfolio. They invest in training and development and offer strong routes for career progression, including at Senior QS level. They are Midlands-based and offer hybrid / flexible working arrangements.The role

The principal role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be to commercially manage all aspects of the project working in close partnership with the Project Manager. Reporting to a Commercial Director the role will involve overseeing and managing junior / trainee Quantity Surveyors on the project. The role will cover procurement, valuations, variations, cost reports and final accounts.Required Experience And Qualifications

Successful track record as a Senior QS for a main contractor on projects valued at over £10 MillionIdeally qualified to HNC or degree level in a construction related disciplineCompensation and Benefits
