The Role:As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring experienced recruitment professionals. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to build high-impact teams that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for experienced recruiter roles across multiple specialismsPartner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic sourcing solutionsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality recruitment talentConduct interviews, manage candidate experience, and guide offers through to acceptanceRepresent the company brand with professionalism and energy in a competitive talent market

What We’re Looking For:Proven experience hiring experienced recruiters, ideally in a recruitment or staffing businessExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentStrategic mindset with a hands-on, delivery-focused approachStrong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and industry trends
