As an Associate Director, you will be a key figure in the firm''s leadership team. Your role will go beyond project delivery, placing you at the forefront of business development and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities. Lead and win bids for a diverse range of projects across various sectors.

Revenue Generation:

Strategic Leadership:

Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm, identifying market trends and new areas for growth.

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors and Cost Managers, fostering a high-performance, commercially-focused culture.

Project Oversight:

Provide senior-level oversight on key projects, ensuring commercial and delivery excellence.
