We are a fast-growing Worcestershire-based commercial property consultancy looking for a motivated-Property Manager-to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow our commercial property portfolio while delivering excellent customer service.

The Role:

• Carry out regular property inspections and prepare reports
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work with contractors and suppliers
• Respond to tenant queries promptly and professionally
• Assist with service charge budgets, financial reports, lease renewals and rent reviews
• Maintain property management software (Re-Leased) and accurate records
• Support compliance tasks including health and safety regulations

About You:

• Commercial property management experience preferred (strong residential background considered)
• Knowledge of lease agreements and tenant relations
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Willingness to learn and develop within a growing business
