Freelance Fit Out Quantity Surveyor Location: Zone 1, London Rate: Competitive Day Rate (Freelance) Availability: Ad-hoc, 2-3 days per weekWe''re working with a fast-growing fit out contractor that''s been trading for four years, currently turning over 6.5m with a 10m target for next year - 40% of which is already secured.Projects range from 40k to 2m, averaging around 300k and typically delivered within 6-8 weeks. The business is predominantly retail-focused at the moment, but they''re starting to take on more commercial fit out work through new client partnerships.They currently have around three live projects running at a time, with plans to scale up to twelve across various stages next year.The Role: They''re looking for a Freelance Fit Out Quantity Surveyor to support the business on an ad-hoc basis (2-3 days per week), with scope for this to grow as workloads increase.Key Responsibilities:Estimating and quantity surveying across multiple fit out schemesTaking drawings and producing scopes and pricing documentsCommercially managing or assisting live projectsSupporting with procurement, valuations, and cost reportingRequirements:Proven experience in fit out projects (retail or commercial)Strong estimating and commercial management skillsAbility to work independently and hit the ground runningProficient in fit out documentation and reportingThis is a great opportunity to work with a thriving contractor based in Zone 1, London, supporting a team with a strong pipeline and ..... full job details .....
