Join us as a Customer Service Advisor (Trade Support). You’ll be the first voice our tradespeople hear when they need help, support or advice. You’ll help tradespeople get more from Checkatrade, solving problems, answering questions, and guiding them on using tools and upgrades.Responsibilities
Helping tradespeople get more from Checkatrade, answering calls, chats and emails with care and confidenceSpotting how to add value, guiding members towards tools, features or upgrades that support their goalsSolving tricky issues, listening carefully, thinking critically, and using sound judgement to resolve concernsWorking cross-functionally, escalating the right cases and collaborating with other teams to get things sorted quicklySharing feedback, helping us improve the way we support our members, reduce repeat contact, and build trustRequirements
Experience in customer service, ideally in a membership or B2B environmentExcellent communication skills, clear, calm and compassionate, even in tough conversationsA logical, problem-solving mindset, you work through issues methodically and keep things fairConfidence working at pace and adapting to changeTech-savviness, you\''re comfortable using systems like Salesforce Service Cloud, GSuite and AI-powered toolsBenefits
