You will be working within a collaborative department that values client care, teamwork, and continued professional development.The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor’s roleThe Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will manage a full caseload of residential matters from instruction through to completion. This includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team to ensure deadlines are met and clients receive an efficient and personal service. The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will also have the opportunity to support junior team members and contribute to the ongoing success of the department.The Residential Conveyancing SolicitorA qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
