Your leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping the business''s success and growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead all UK manufacturing operations across multiple sites. Foster a strong safety culture, working closely with the SHEQ team. Drive operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Mentor and develop senior management teams (5 direct reports, c.50 indirect). Ensure operations are fully aligned with company strategy. Oversee performance management and resource allocation. Collaborate with procurement, technical, and finance departments. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in a senior manufacturing leadership role. Background in electronics, automotive, or similar technical manufactured products preferred.
