Nuneatoncirca £35k to £40k, negotiable commensurate with experience and qualificationsWe are working with a well-established, Lexcel accredited, Legal 500 listed law firm who are looking to attract a Private Client Fee Earner to join their well-established team at their lovely office in Nuneaton.The role will involve Independently managing a caseload of Private Client matters including some high value probate/estatesPreparation of Wills, Lasting Power of AttorneysDealing with Administration of EstatesAttending to clients by telephone, email and face to faceMaintaining files and ensuring efficient case management of Private Client matters, keeping clients updatedDrafting legal documentation including correspondence, briefs, court documentation, full attendance notes and statements of evidenceThis is a full-time permanent job, working 35 hours per week, which will be predominantly office based, with one day per week home-working.This role would suit a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive or an experienced Wills and Probate Paralegal with extensive fee earning experience.
