A successful and established company in Kidlington is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager preferably from a transport background to oversee and enhance the operational processes.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, problem solving, managing staff, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and quality.This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
