The Logistics Coordinator will manage and execute domestic inbound and outbound logistics activities for a manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of finished goods and returns, maintaining accurate documentation and inventory records, and supporting safe and compliant logistics processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments of finished packaging products to customers and distribution partners.Liaise with carriers, freight providers, and internal teams to secure timely collections and deliveries.Organise the movement of finished goods and work-in-progress between the production site and external logistics/warehouse providers.Prepare, review, and maintain transport documentation, including bills of lading, delivery notes, and manifests.Track shipment progress, identifying and resolving delays, routing challenges, or transport-related issues.Collaborate with production planning and warehouse teams to align dispatch schedules with manufacturing output.Ensure accurate transaction recording for all inbound and outbound movements within the ERP or warehouse management system.Coordinate loading and unloading activities with warehouse personnel and carriers.Monitor freight costs and contribute to cost-control initiatives across logistics operations.Maintain adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality procedures.Respond to logistics-related enquiries ..... full job details .....
