Maintenance Engineer Canary Wharf £46,500 Our client is looking to add an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to their team in Canary Wharf. The site you will be working on is High-End Residential sites, so if you have experience in that or Hotels, this would be advantageous. This position is on a shift basis, which is 4 days on 4 days off, 7am - 7pm. Key Duties: PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) and Reactive maintenance Electrical Fault-Finding Single and Three Phase Power Emergency Lighting Fire Alarms BMS Operation AHUs FCUs Generators VAV/VRFs Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc). Cooling Towers Pumps and Motors Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations Technical Requirements: Full time apprenticeship in an electrical or Building Services HVAC discipline complete with City and Guilds 236 part 1 and 2 certification or NVQ Level 3. Mechanical apprenticeship would be acceptable with relevant electrical experience. Previous experience working in a modern building services maintenance environment, and able to demonstrate basic understanding of HVAC and building services.
