We are currently working with a Housing Association seeking an experienced Carpenter based in Camden.Day-to-Day Duties for Carpenter:Carrying out a wide range of domestic carpentry repairs and installations in occupied and void propertiesFitting internal and external doors, repairing or replacing door frames, architraves, skirting boards and general woodworkKitchen repairs and installations including unit adjustments, worktop fitting, plinths, and cabinet repairsInstalling or repairing flooring, boxing-in, shelves, and general fabric maintenanceCompleting high-quality finishing and making-good worksProviding excellent customer service to tenants and liaising professionally with residents and office staffEnsuring all work meets health and safety standards and is completed to a high professional standardRequirements for Carpenter:Strong background in domestic or social housing maintenanceGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and deliver high-quality results across multiple propertiesBenefits:£20 per hourVan fuel card ..... full job details .....
