You will be joining a commercial team of 10 led by an Associate Director. You will be working on projects ranging from around £4m-£15m, mostly social housing contracts under JCT DandB. The right person Quantity Surveyor You will be qualified to HNC level with housing experience or main contracting experience You will have a minimum of 2 years experience, and will be an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or a Quantity Surveyor.
