We are seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant with a strong background in surgical care to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will be confident supporting surgical staff, maintaining sterile environments, preparing patients, and assisting with post-operative recovery. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff in a surgical setting Assist with patient preparation before procedures Maintain aseptic/sterile environments Support post-operative care and patient monitoring Perform general HCA duties, including observations and documentation Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene, and patient dignity Requirements: Previous HCA experience in a surgical or theatre environment (required) Valid HCA certification or equivalent Strong understanding of infection control and sterile procedures Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment Rate of Pay: £15 p/h How to Apply: Please apply if you meet the requirements to discuss further ..... full job details .....
