In this mixed tax role you will deal with both personal and corporate tax for HNW individuals, entrepreneurs and their businesses. Day to day this will include:• Personal tax compliance including preparing and reviewing tax returns for director/shareholders, landlords, sole traders, partnerships and trusts.• Managing the P11D process and reviewing the forms prepared by junior members of staff.• Preparation and submission of 60-Day CGT Returns.• Preparation of disclosures for HMRC• Working to partners on tax advisory work including remuneration planning, capital allowances for FHLs, CGT including MBOs, company reorganisations and gifts of shares, sales of businesses for sole traders and partnerships, IHT.• Training junior members of staff, liaising with HMRC on various matters and assisting with a wide range of internal and client queries.Excellent prospects in this role would consider a hire at tax senior or tax manager level.
