The Mandrake is looking for an Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources and Maintenance teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations behind the scenes.
What youll do:In this varied role, youll be responsible for a mix of office administration and operational support, which includes but is not exclusive to:Raising purchase orders and processing invoices.Sourcing suppliers, parts and contractors.Managing records and filing systems for HR and Maintenance.Responding to internal and external enquiries.Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and personnel record-keeping.Assisting with maintenance scheduling and contractor coordination.Playing a key role in Health and Safety administration, including fire safety records, compliance checks, and accurate documentation.
What were looking forPrevious experience in an administrative role (hospitality experience a plus).Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.Confident with Microsoft Office; experience with HR or procurement systems an advantage.A team player with great communication skills.Knowledge of Health and Safety compliance is desirable (training provided if needed).
