Social worker with experience of adoption required for 6 month period initially, to work across the adoption team. This is a team which works closely alongside the permanence team and is driving forward changes in adoption practise including how post adoption support is delivered.Working on all elements delivered by the adoption team. including post adoption support, access to records and none agency adoption.
