Resolution Specialist – On-Street Trainer

who will play a dual role: delivering outstanding enforcement services and coaching our newest Resolution Specialists in the field. This is not just a job – it''s a leadership opportunity that puts your real-world experience to work, helping others grow while keeping your own skills sharp.

Responsibilities

Mentoring on the Move : Provide on-street training, coaching and guidance in live operational environments.

Compliance Champion : Ensure best practices, professionalism, and ethical conduct are upheld in every interaction.

Lead by Example : Execute enforcement duties to the highest standard, setting the tone for new recruits.

Tactical Guidance : Train and support officers in managing evasions, handling sensitive situations, and engaging with the public.

Real-Time Feedback : Monitor performance, deliver constructive feedback, and foster professional growth.

Administrative Oversight : Ensure all warrant returns, field reports, and financial documentation are completed accurately.

What We’re Looking For

Proven success in a

field-based enforcement

or regulatory role.

Strong interpersonal and coaching skills – a natural mentor.

Deep understanding of enforcement legislation and ethical standards.

Resilience, confidence, and clarity in complex or high-pressure situations.

Passionate about helping others succeed and uphold compliance.

Must hold a

full UK manual driving licence .
