Qualifications and Skills: A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).Experience of working in an early years setting, particularly with 3 5 year olds.A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their development.A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach, with a good sense of humour.A clear understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
