This role requires a strong leader with proven valuing experience, the ability to drive new business, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.You will be responsible for leading the team, increasing portfolio growth, maintaining regulatory standards, and achieving performance targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesTenant and Landlord LiaisonBuild and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing professional advice and regular updatesNegotiate tenancy agreements, renewals and extensionsRespond promptly to tenant and landlord enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer serviceLettings AdministrationOversee and manage the tenant application and referencing processCoordinate the preparation and signing of tenancy agreements and legal documentationEnsure all tenancy records and documentation are accurate, up to date and legally compliantCompliance and LegislationEnsure full compliance with all relevant lettings legislation, housing regulations and health and safety standardsStay up to date with legislative changes and implement required processes within the teamSales and Business DevelopmentIdentify and secure new lettings opportunities to grow the ..... full job details .....
