The role of Clinical Lead Nurse is mainly Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to work occasional weekends.

As a Clinical Lead, you will:

• Uphold the values of the care home and lead the Clinical and Care teams.
• Provide leadership, support, and supervision for clinical and care staff.
• Conduct on-call duties as required by the home.
• Develop and deliver training modules to improve care delivery.
• Provide feedback to the Home Manager on staff performance.
• Support the Home Manager with clinical aspects, including assessments and liaising with stakeholders.
• Lead team and clinical review meetings.
• Ensure effective and safe clinical practice with the Home Manager and QA teams.

The ideal Clinical Lead will:

• Be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin and nursing home experience in a senior role
• Have experience in managing or mentoring staff.
• Have worked as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Deputy or Manager within a Care Home.
• Possess people management experience.
• Be a confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
