What will you be doing as a Recruitment Administrator?Working as part of a small team, you will be assisting in the recruitment process from initial advertising and attraction of candidates to the onboarding of new starters. Duties will include: Posting job adverts onto job boardsScreening CVs against job specs with an initial call to review skills and experienceArranging interviews and updating hiring managersManaging the recruitment mailbox and dealing with enquiriesProcessing and sending recruitment/appointment documentation offer lettersFollowing up for new starter missing information to enable new starters to join and sending information to the onboarding teamHelping hiring managers to ensure complianceSend out reference requests and checking references are satisfactoryCarrying out pre-employment checks such as Right to work, Fitness to work, Sponsorships, DBS and any qualification checksEnsuring new starter information is inputted into the HRMSLiaising with the L+D team to ensure ..... full job details .....
