Business Support and HR Coordinator
An expanding global business with a new MD and senior leadership team. They''ve got a great starting point, they''re already reporting ahead of target and they''ve got big plans for what comes next. What they don''t have yet is an HR presence on site. There isn''t a reception area, so you''ll be that first point of contact. Welcoming guests, keeping the diary organised and being on hand for the day to day admin support across the business. That might be supporting accounts, supporting engineering, or making sure the senior leadership team have what they need. But that''s only part of it As a Business Support and HR Coordinator, you''ll also be the person people go to: When the MD isn''t on site. When the senior team are tied up. When something needs dealing with. You won''t know every answer and you''re not expected to. But as a Business Support and HR Coordinator, you''ll be calm, organised and trusted to handle things, and know when to lean on the wider group HR team. You''ll support with onboarding, HR admin and general queries, while still being involved in the day to day running of the business. It''s a bit of everything. Admin. Accounts support. HR.
