Overview

The Job: The successful Director of Finance will have complete responsibility of the Finance team, for the daily business within the hotel, payroll, reconciliation, purchasing and all Food and Beverage / Liquor controls. Producing MI, managing cash flow, payroll aspects, etc. Reporting to the property-based GM you will play a key role in ensuring the business keeps on target while also getting involved in setting the budgets moving forward.Responsibilities

Take complete responsibility of the Finance team and the daily business within the hotel.Oversee payroll, reconciliation, purchasing and all Food and Beverage / Liquor controls.Produce management information (MI) and manage cash flow and payroll aspects.Report to the property-based GM and contribute to keeping the business on target.Participate in setting the budgets moving forward.Qualifications

Experience in an existing Hotel/Resort environment with familiarity of current hospitality industry specifics.Able to demonstrate solid experience in good quality, multi-outlet hotel or large resort experience, preferably in the luxury market.Experienced people manager with the ability to develop strong relationships with senior business stakeholders both internally and externally.
