Executive Assistant to Managing Partners

12-18 month FTC with potential for permanency

Start date: 1 October

Based onsite 5 days per week in the heart of the West End

Tiger is seeking an experienced, discreet, personable, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partners of a private family office / investment firm based in the heart of the gorgeous West End. This is a unique and varied role encompassing mainly corporate but some private EA support and requires the utmost discretion, and a nuanced understanding of a family office environment. The culture of the firm is high-performing, yet close-knit, jovial and social.

WHAT YOU''LL DOThe role will entail, but is not limited to the below responsibilities:

Comprehensive and complex diary, inbox, and travel management

Preparation of documents and presentations, support with Board meetings and minutes

Event coordination and support with coordinating shoots at a private estate

Private support for Managing Partners as needed

Working closely with other support staff to ensure the perfect running of the office

Project support and varied EA and Office Management responsibilities

WHO YOU ARE

Experienced EA ideally having worked in a private family office in a close-knit team

Highly polished - excellent communication skills

Outstanding emotional intelligence and mature in approach to work

Discreet, confident, proactive, personable, and prioritises confidentiality

If you have experience coordinating shoots on a private family estate, that would be highly desirable
