Part-Time Administrator (Temporary)Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 3:00pmLocation: CrownhillContract: Temporary (ongoing, based on business needs)We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrator to support a busy team due to an increase in workload. This is a temporary role that will continue for as long as business requirements demand.The successful candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and solid working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing and managing invoicesObtaining Proof of Delivery (POD) for outgoing and incoming shipments, both routinely and for specific customer requestsTracking shipment status and providing updates to customersMonitoring order progress to ensure smooth operationsCoordinating inter-branch bookings and shipping arrangementsMaintaining accurate filing and documentationAssisting with general administrative and ad-hoc office tasksRequirementsPrevious administration experience in a busy office environmentStrong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience using CRM systemsExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work efficientlyStrong attention to detail and proactive approachWhat the role offersPart-time hours that support work-life balanceFriendly and supportive team environmentOpportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced businessIf you are an organised administrator who enjoys supporting a ..... full job details .....
