My client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Associate Consultant with around 13 years of experience in the IT sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and a desire to grow their career in software consulting. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting clients with their data migration projects - becoming an expert in my clients proprietary platform. The role involves both pre-sales and post-sales support, including delivering product demonstrations and contributing to solution design and implementation. Full training and mentoring will be provided to help you succeed in the role.Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the clients data migration tools and servicesDeliver presentations and demos to potential clientsSupport project delivery using in-house software solutionsAssist with technical queries and product information requestsLiaise with internal development and support teams to ensure smooth project executionIdeal Candidate Profile

Degree in a STEM field from a top UK university13 years in a customer-facing IT role, ideally with consulting or support experienceStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilitiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalSelf-motivated, proactive, and keen to learnA genuine interest in technology and artificial intelligenceDesirable Experience

Exposure to databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL ServerInterest in using AI tools for learning and IT-related researchFamiliarity with ITSM systems such as ServiceNow or BMC RemedyBenefits
